Counterweighted folding lid equipped with handle for easy and ergonomic movement.
Shielded heating elements controlled by thermostat.
Thermostat temperature control (50 ºC to 315 ºC).
Pilot lights to indicate the heating.
Manual lifting system to 80º for easy unloading of already cooked products and easy cleaning operations.
Water filling system controlled by solenoid valve.
Height-adjustable legs.
