Defrost water evaporation kit

Reference19099983

You can follow the steps in the technical manual "Door Opening Direction Change": 5540.pdf

The first filling should be done by connecting the water network to the “H₂O IN” inlet of the equipment.

During the process, the water level should be monitored through the level tube located at the back, which has MIN and MAX marks.

The water should be kept within that level to ensure proper operation and allow the formation of the ice bank, responsible for cooling the water.

Approximately 40 minutes, the time needed for the equipment to form the ice bank and reach the ideal service temperature.

Remember that the water tank must have been filled beforehand.

No. The dispenser does not include installation accessories.

To make the hydraulic connections, it is essential to use food-grade tubes of 8 mm diameter, thus ensuring the safety and quality of the dispensed water.

No. In these models, the door is not reversible.
The hinge and closing system is designed to maintain optimal sealing and cooling efficiency, so the opening can only be kept in the original factory direction.
It is recommended to check the opening orientation before installation to ensure the most comfortable and functional placement in the workspace.

Yes. Work tables can optionally be equipped with the wheel kit reference 19095642, which includes 4 wheels, of which 2 have brakes and 2 are without brakes.
This accessory facilitates the movement of the table and allows it to be secured in position during use, offering greater flexibility and safety in the work environment.

Additionally, if the height adjusters are removed and wheels are installed in their place (usually wheels of Ø125 mm), the table reaches a fixed height of 979 mm.

Yes. In single-body cabinets with standard opening, it is possible to change the door opening direction by installing the corresponding hinge kit.

The kit needed to make the change is:

  • 19098279 – KIT JGO HINGE AP. RIGHT UP/N-11-22-G/S

The legs are supplied from the factory fully retracted, and have a height of 20 mm.

Without the legs installed, the product has a total height of 830 mm.

Yes, the wheels can be installed on an already manufactured equipment without the need to modify the chassis. The wheel kit is available with the code 19112451 – S4R-SAL.

The load capacity of the wheels is limited, so they are not suitable for equipment with a granite countertop.

The Flexidrawer refrigerated tables have the following heights up to the worktop:

  • Model MPG-090 H: height of 840 mm

  • Model MPG-120 H: height of 870 mm

The table incorporates a rear upstand, so the total height increases by an additional 50 mm over the indicated measurement at the back.

Thanks to the digital electronic control, it is possible to easily switch the equipment from cooling mode to freezing mode by simply pressing the R/F key for 5 seconds.

By default, the equipment operates in cooling mode, with a temperature range of +2 to +8 °C.
When selecting the freezing mode, the entire equipment operates in a range of –22 to –18 °C.

In the MPG-120 MIX model, the upper drawer operates in cooling and the lower drawer in freezing. Additionally, thanks to its independent dual compressor, this model allows configuring both drawers entirely in cooling or entirely in freezing, according to usage needs.

The appliance will automatically perform a defrost cycle every six hours.

To manually defrost the appliance, press and hold the defrost button ❄️ to start manual defrosting. The defrost indicator will light up.

By default, the equipment is supplied with 1 compartment in freezing and 2 compartments in cooling.

Optionally, and according to usage needs, it is possible to configure the equipment completely in cooling or completely in freezing.

The mode change is done easily, by holding down the R/F key on the controllers for 5 seconds.

The drawers of refrigerated tables are designed to support a maximum load of 40 kg per drawer, as long as the weight is evenly distributed.

This value ensures correct operation of the guide system and ensures stability during normal use of the equipment.

To preserve the lifespan of the drawer and its mechanisms, it is recommended to avoid overloading or weight concentrations at a single point.

Yes. The cabinets are prepared to mount the wheel kit reference 19071173 (KIT 4 WHEELS Ø80 – 2 with brake + 2 without brake).

The installation of wheels increases the total height of the equipment.
With the wheel kit installed, the cabinet reaches an approximate height of 1962 mm, remaining within the usual installation limit of less than 2 meters.

This accessory facilitates the mobility of the equipment without compromising its stability during normal use.

The internal / useful measurements of the drawer located above the refrigeration unit, viewed frontally:

  • Length: 346mm
  • Depth: 411mm
  • Height: 136mm

The chest freezers include:

  • An adjustable mechanical thermostat

  • A digital thermometer for temperature reading

  • Three indicator lights: Cold, Alarm, and Power

Yes, it is recommended to install a water filtration system to prevent lime buildup and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.

The filtration system should be selected based on the geographical area of installation and the existing water hardness level in that area.

For a correct choice, sizing, and installation of the filtration system, it is advisable to seek the advice of a qualified professional.

Yes, refrigerated tables with a sink allow refrigerated drawers to be installed just like the other models in the range.

Just keep in mind that if you decide to put drawers also on the side where the refrigeration unit is located, the top drawer has a slightly smaller interior capacity to make room for the technical components of the equipment, which are displaced by the installation of the sink.

Counter fronts allow the replacement of the over-group drawer with a folding hopper, improving accessibility and adapting the equipment to different work needs.

The process consists of dismantling the existing drawer, first removing the drawer body and then its side guides. Once the space is freed, the inner hopper tray is installed and the same outer drawer front is reused, fixing it on the new hopper body to maintain the same furniture aesthetics.

Finally, the hopper is mounted in its housing, its correct closing and opening are checked, and the front alignment is adjusted to ensure it is perfectly integrated with the set.

In this way, a more practical and functional solution is achieved without altering the exterior design of the counter front.

We recommend following the following manual for changing from drawer to hopper: Manual

A 5% hydrogen peroxide disinfectant solution should be used, circulating the liquid through the internal circuit according to the manual's instructions.

Then, let the solution act for at least 20 minutes and rinse the system by passing plenty of clean water before using the dispenser again.

In VERSUR / VESUC cabinets, the interior organization is structured in shelving levels, and each door provides a shelf at each level.

  • The 1-door model has 4 levels, with 1 shelf per level (4 shelves in total).

  • The 2-door model has 4 levels, with 2 shelves per level (8 shelves in total).

  • The 3-door model has 4 levels, with 3 shelves per level (12 shelves in total).

  • The 4-door model has 4 levels, with 4 shelves per level (16 shelves in total).

Each shelf supports a maximum load of 35 kg, provided the load is properly distributed.
Thanks to their design, these shelves offer greater load capacity and stability than rod shelves, making them especially suitable for intensive professional use.

For example, in a 4-door cabinet, each level consists of 4 independent shelves, and each can support up to 35 kg.

Wash and rinse arms are one of the key elements of a dishwasher, as they are responsible for distributing pressurized water in the chamber, ensuring even washing of dishes.

In Edenox dishwashers, these arms are made of stainless steel, which offers significant advantages compared to plastic arms:

Greater strength and durability
Stainless steel better withstands intensive use, high washing temperatures, and chemicals, preventing deformation and cracking over time.

Greater stability during rotation
Thanks to their rigidity, the arms maintain a more uniform rotation, allowing water jets to reach all dishes accurately.

Greater impact resistance
If a tall item in the basket comes into contact with the arm, stainless steel better withstands the impact and retains its shape.

Higher hygiene
Stainless steel is a non-porous material, easy to clean, and more resistant to residue buildup.

Thanks to these features, stainless steel wash arms guarantee greater reliability, better washing performance, and a longer device lifespan.
